2.Information on this website

The service descriptions and other information on this website are general information. Every business has different premises, operations and risks. Recommendations for a particular business depend on an assessment and the scope agreed with that client.

3.Inquiries and client engagements

Submitting the contact form or contacting Valhalla Security requests a conversation. It does not book an audit or create a client relationship. Before paid work begins, the scope, deliverables, price and schedule are set out in a separate Client Services Agreement. That agreement governs the engagement.

4.Scope and limits of an audit

Audit findings reflect the agreed scope, the conditions observed and the information available at the time of the assessment. Valhalla Security aims to identify security gaps and provide practical recommendations, but an audit cannot guarantee that every vulnerability will be found or that an incident will be prevented. An audit does not guarantee legal compliance, lower insurance premiums or a particular insurance underwriting decision.

5.Recommendations of other providers

When a client needs services beyond the audit scope, Valhalla Security may recommend security providers Samuel Dortono has worked with personally. The client decides whether to engage a provider and arranges that provider's services under a separate agreement. Any referral compensation or relevant business relationship, if applicable, will be disclosed to the client.

6.Website content and materials

Visitors may read this website and share links to its pages. The Valhalla Security name, logo, website text and other original materials may not be reproduced or presented as someone else's work without permission. A client's right to use an audit report is governed by their Client Services Agreement.
